Want to be part of a co-operative?
We're working in partnership with Carmarthenshire County Council to deliver a new Welsh Government pilot project providing co-operative housing in Carmarthen.
We're building 2, 3 & 4 bed homes to rent and are looking for people who want to live in them and become equal members of a tenant managed co-op.
Stock Condition Survey
If you live in a home you rent from Gwalia, please be aware that we are currently completing a survey on the condition of our properties. We have instructed a company named Pennington to do this work for us.
Assessment is by visual inspection and staff may access communal areas of properties to do this work. They will also be taking photographs of buildings to record their current condition.
