Stock Condition Survey

If you live in a home you rent from Gwalia, please be aware that we are currently completing a survey on the condition of our properties. We have instructed a company named Pennington to do this work for us.

Assessment is by visual inspection and staff may access communal areas of properties to do this work. They will also be taking photographs of buildings to record their current condition.
