Straight to:
Antisocial behaviour
Antisocial behaviour (ASB) is an action which causes upset or worry to other people. Usually, ASB is when such actions happen more than once and are excessive.
We are committed to ensuring that our residents are happy in their homes. Everyone has a right to live without disturbance or worry and we expect all tenants to respect their neighbours.
ASB and neighbour disputes effect quality of life and our Neighbourhood Housing Officers are there to ensure our tenants are happy and to enforce our Anti-social Behaviour Policy.
What is not ASB
All cases are different but as a guide, we do not take action against:
- Noise from children playing or disputes between children such as bullying.
- Domestic noise, such as hearing your neighbours moving around in their home.
- Personal disputes.
Please refer to your Tenant Information Pack for more information.
