Gwalia is officially green! Three of our offices in Swansea, Llanelli and Cardiff have been awarded the Green Dragon Environmental Standard (Level 2).
We were recently granted planning permission to build 18 new homes in Swansea's city centre using a new innovative intermediate rent model.

Rt. Rev. Anthony Pierce (Chair) - Anthony was the Bishop of Swansea and Brecon prior to his retirement in January 2008. He is President of the Friends of the Swansea Festival of Music and the Arts. He is former Council member of Swansea University and was a Sub-Prelate of the Order of St John of Jerusalem from 2002-2010. He was made a Knight of Grace of the Order in 2010. He was awarded an Honorary Fellowship by Swansea University in 2011 and is a life member of the Swansea University Court of Governors.
Judge Ray Singh (Vice Chair) - Ray is a Barrister-at-Law and District Judge. He is an Independent Chair of t he Complaints Panel for the Welsh Government and sat on the Judicial Studies Board of the Equal Treatment Advisory Committee from 1998-2008. From 1996 to 2002, he was Commissioner for Wales for the Commission for Racial Equality. He was a Board Member of Neath Victim Support and is an Independent Member of Velindre NHS Trust Board. He was a Governor of Swansea Metropolitan University and is currently a Governor of Gower College, Swansea.
