Llandeilo Market Hall Planning Application
Gwalia has submitted a planning application to Carmarthenshire County Council to restore and repair the Grade II listed Market Hall building in Llandeilo and to redevelop the adjacent land for a low cost home ownership scheme.
Gwalia’s proposals for the site have been informed by the detailed design brief outlined by Carmarthenshire County Council. Gwalia won the tender process based on their ability to meet the specifications for the listed building within the Council’s brief and for the resourceful use of the adjoining land for high quality affordable housing.
