What Grŵp Gwalia is doing... a single equality scheme...

In order to build on its equalities strategies and action plans, Gwalia has developed its very first Single Equality Scheme which will aim to bring together the ways Gwalia promotes equality of opportunity into a single document.

The scheme demonstrates the organisation’s commitment to placing the promotion of equality and diversity at the centre of every aspect of its work and will meet the requirements for race, disability and gender equality as well as promoting equality in the areas of age, religion & belief, sexual orientation and the Welsh Language.

The scheme reflects the way in which we will build upon the work already undertaken as we continue to work towards fulfilling our moral, social and legal obligations to put equality at the heart of everything we do.
