The Directorate

The Human Resources Management Directorate provides a range of services and support for Group companies including Training, Development and Occupational Health Services. HRM supports Group companies to effectively manage their staff.

As an Investor in People organisation, Gwalia is fully committed to the training and development of its staff and invests over a quarter of a million pounds every year in this area. HRM staff oversee this spend as well as identifying programmes of study relevant for the Group’s diverse staff.

HRM also co-ordinates recruitment for all Group staff and actively promotes opportunities within the Group in an attempt to attract the highest calibre of applicants.
