Maximising our way of working


Screen shot of web pageIn order to streamline our business structure and maximise our way of working we have recently undergone a major change in the organisation of our directorates within the Gwalia Group as a whole.
 
Having outgrown our previous structure, the changes will see a revised and more transparent senior management structure alongside a reorganisation of our internal directorates. Our primary aim is to make sure Gwalia can face current climate changes and challenges both now and in the future in the most efficient and cost effective way. 
 
As of March 1st we have six directorates led by the Group Chief Executive, each of which deals with specific areas of Gwalia’s day-to-day business. These are:
 
Governance and Legal Services
Business Management
Finance and Information Technology
Housing and Community Welfare
Social Care and Supporting People
Property Development and Management
