You can pay your rent to us online

The best way to pay your rent is via Direct Debit from your bank account. Payments can be taken weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You can download the Direct Debit form [pdf] 66KB and post it back to us at:

Direct Debits can be cancelled at any time by writing to your bank and letting us know.

Other ways to pay:

Use your Payment Card to make cash only payments at any PayPoint or Post Office. Remember to check and keep hold of your receipt.
Cheques made payable to Grŵp Gwalia Cyf. Write your name, address and tenancy reference number on the back and post it to the address above.

Please do not send us cash in the post.

It's much easier and faster to pay your rent to us online but if you encounter a problem you can call us on 01792 488288 and pay over the phone using your bank card.

Viewing your rent statements online

For a short time while we make changes to our systems we have suspended online rent statements. We’ll keep in touch about when these will be reinstated. In the meantime, please contact us directly if you need a rent statement by caling 0800 012 1080 (or 01792 488288 local rate from your mobile).
