Gwalia Housing Trust

Through our Housing Trust, we support housing and tenant related charitable causes in areas where there are high levels of deprivation, unemployment and financial hardship.

As well as supporting large projects, we help individuals in the community to raise their living standards and quality of life.

Small but essential everyday things can make a big difference in people's lives. We help to make those changes through our Trust, turning a property into a home.

If you are part of a community group or live in an area where we have properties, our Housing Trust may be able to help.

If you need any help or advice applying for financial assistance from the Trust, please contact us on 0800 012 1080.

What does the Trust do?

The Trust helps people who sit outside the services we usually provide. Through the trust we raise money and give funds to those most in need. We do this though community initiatives and by providing daily essentials for some of the most vulnerable people in society.

The Trust’s overheads are minimal and it is governed by unpaid, volunteer trustees.

Public Benefit Statement

The objectives of the Trust are to raise funds that may be applied to activities complimenting housing schemes for varying categories of people including the elderly, physically handicapped, those recovering from mental illness, single homeless and other members of society with special housing needs.
